Making a Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Shopify Inc. hosts our website. Their online e-commerce platform enables us to sell our products and provide you with our services. We offer customers the choice of using Shopify Payments, PayPal or ApplePay to make a payment. All are secure and trusted online payment methods. You can find more information about how these payment methods handle your data and protect your privacy in our Terms & Privacy page. 


When you have selected the products you wish to purchase, the delivery charge will be added to the value of your order depending on the delivery destination.

When you have placed an order, we will send you an email confirming that your order has been received and accepted. We ship to anywhere in the world and aim to dispatch your order within 1-3 days. If there's going to be a delay in dispatching your order we'll let know as soon as possible. If a product has become unavailable we'll let you know immediately and fully refund your payment. 

We take care packing our products so they arrive in great condition. If you're in a rush for your order, or you have any questions about shipping, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.

International Orders

Payment is made in British pounds sterling. Your bank or credit card provider will determine the exchange rate and may add a processing or administration charge, which you will be liable to pay.

If you have requested delivery to a recipient out with the UK, an International order may take longer to arrive so please allow 14-21 days. Please note that an international order may be subject to import duties and/or tax, which are the responsibility of the purchaser or recipient and not the liability or responsibility of Rory & Ruby.

EU Orders 

Following the UK's departure from the EU, as a UK business we now charge a customer who is ordering for delivery to an EU country 0% VAT at the point of sale. Instead the EU customer/recipient pays VAT on the value of the order at the point of delivery in an EU country. This is around 19-21% depending on the country of delivery.

The EU customer/recipient will also be charged a handling fee by their local courier.

If the value of the Rory & Ruby order is over €150, the EU customer/recipient will be liable to pay a customs fee in addition to the VAT and handling charge at the point of delivery.

Rory & Ruby is not liable or responsible for the VAT, taxes or additional charges an EU customer or recipient might receive or incur at the point of delivery in an EU country.
