If you aren't happy for any reason, we will accept returns within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or refund, provided the item returned is in its original and unused condition with all tags attached and with all original packing. To make a return, please follow the instructions on the Return Form, included in your delivery note. Return items should be sent with a completed Returns Form to: Rory & Ruby, 7 Prospect Row, Mount Melville, St Andrews, Fife, Scotland, KY16 8NT.
If your order arrives damaged in any way, so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please email and send us detailed photos at firstname.lastname@example.org
Once we receive the return, we will send you an email to confirm arrival and will process an exchange or refund within 5 working days. Any refund will cover the full cost you paid for the returned item and will be made using your original payment method. Please note that your refund will only include the cost of the original delivery you paid if you are returning the item due to a fault in the product.
Unless the item is faulty, you will be responsible for paying the postage cost of returning an item to us and for any duty if you are returning an item from overseas. You are responsible for the return until we receive it and acknowledge receipt. We cannot accept liability for a return lost or damaged in transit, so it's best to use a tracked service or request proof of postage just in case.
